Multiple Sleep Latency Testing

The multiple sleep latency test (MSLT) tests for excessive daytime
sleepiness by measuring how quickly you fall asleep in a quiet environment
during the day. Also known as a daytime nap study, the MSLT is the standard
tool used to diagnose narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia. For more information click here…

Pediatric Testing

Sleep affects every aspect of a child’s health, daily functioning and well-being. Inadequate, disrupted or elusive sleep, constititues one of the most common complaints raised by parents to pediatric and family medicine practitioners, as well as to child mental health providers. 25% of all children experience some type of sleep problem, ranging from difficulty falling asleep and nightawakenings, to more serious concerns like sleep apnea or narcolepsy. The common wisdom the children “grow out of” sleeping problems is not an accurate perception. For more information, click here…

Sleep apnea can have a significant negative impact on your health and should be treated accordingly. For more information, click here…

Home Sleep Testing

The home sleep test can be provided at our facility, or you may fax a physician order and have the device mailed to your home. All instruction will be provided by one of our Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and a link below will show a video on how to use the device. The testing is easy to complete and a great alternative when assessing for obstructive sleep apnea. There are certain situations and medical conditions where home sleep testing may not be appropriate, our trained staff can help identify these situations. For more information click here…
